If you want an authentic and supremely tasty experience in a warm and fun atmosphere, you'll get this and more in the flagship restaurant of pizza aficionado Bill Forrest.
"Voted Scottsdale's Finest Pizzeria"
IL Bosco Pizza opened in May 2012 and is located on a quiet road just northwest of the bustling intersection of Scottsdale Road & Shea Boulevard. This charming, 56-seat restaurant is the dream business of Scottsdale resident Bill Forrest, long time golf pro and former PGA of America Teacher of the Year.
Your senses will be awakened as you step inside and inhale the aroma of crusty artisanal pizza cooking in the 900 degree, hand-tiled Valoriani wood fired oven.
Using only the best, natural ingredients, IL Bosco’s pizzas are the very definition of mouth watering.
Every pizza is hand-made in an open kitchen and topped with a fresh assortment of imported cheeses, house-made sauces, and seasonal, local, veggies and meats. Gluten free crust is also available.
Before dinner, share a plate of roasted seasonal vegetables with burrata cheese or a traditional caprese salad with homemade pesto. To accompany your dining experience you’ll discover a select list of about a dozen wines available by the glass or bottle, beer on tap, and simply delicious desserts.
Simplicity. The Very Best Ingredients. Wood-Fired Cooking.
IL Bosco’s catering plans accommodate parties of 20 – 200 people with a full menu of wood-fired pizzas, fresh salads, savory antipasti & decadent desserts. We let our dough rise naturally, form our mozzarella by hand & approach each pie with deliberation.
Then we bring the whole thing – a catering staff of three, our heroic oak-fired Valoriani oven, and the entire operation – to you, because artisanal pizza doesn’t belong in a museum any more than it should be kept under warmers. It should be with the people. It should make house calls.
All events include approximately one 14” pizza per two persons, Caesar salad, catering staff, travel and a minimum two-hour service.
An oak-fired Valoriani oven is used for all cooking, with temperatures ranging from 350 - 850 degrees. Call us (480) 335-8680 for more information on scheduling a party of your own, or visit us at www.ilboscopizza.com for more details. We’d love to come over sometime.
